How I miss you so. I'm sorry that you decided to break up. I remember seeing you perform live in the cramped attic club called Fletchers in Baltimore while Gene (the person, not the band) was passed out in the backseat of somebody's car outside. He entered the club, but asked for his money back before the opening band. (They gave it to him.) It wasn't until years later that I learned that you decided to break up that day in Baltimore over a cup of coffee.* Whatever Baltimore did to convince you to make that kind of rash decision, I'm sure the city could change. Was the coffee bitter? Was it Gene's fault? If so, I'm sure he is deeply sorry. Just let me know how Baltimore and I can make it better. Please.
